Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 June 2026 · TriYou Roadmap (roadmap.triyou.com)

This is a plain-language MVP agreement for the TriYou Roadmap. It is self-reviewed by the TriYou team, has not been reviewed by external counsel, and is not legal advice.

1. Acceptance

By using the TriYou Roadmap you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the Roadmap.

2. Who can take part

Anyone can browse and read the Roadmap. To submit ideas, vote, or comment you need a TriYou account with a verified email, and your account must meet a short minimum age (a few days) — this keeps spam and throwaway accounts out.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the ideas, comments, and votes you contribute.
  • By posting, you grant TriYou a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate that content as part of operating the public Roadmap.
  • You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content;
  • spam, flood, or try to game votes or the submission system;
  • attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts;
  • impersonate others or post someone else's personal data.

We use anti-spam checks, rate limits, and a minimum-account-age gate to protect the community.

5. Moderation

Staff may review, hide, merge, edit the status of, or remove ideas and comments, and may suspend accounts that break these Terms. Some first submissions are held for approval before they appear publicly. Moderation actions are recorded in an internal audit log.

6. No commitment to build anything

The Roadmap shows what we're considering and where things stand. An idea appearing here — at any status — is not a promise that we will build it or ship it by any date. Plans change.

7. Service "as is"

The Roadmap is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TriYou is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Roadmap.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Roadmap at any time; deleting your TriYou account removes and anonymizes your Roadmap contributions (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, surface a notice in the product.
